Plan for success! Learn the skills to write an effective business plan to finance and start your business. Experience from “A-Z” why you might need a business plan, and how to create one! Attendees will:
- Learn how to write a business plan
- Receive a business plan template for your own use
- Receive a Financial Model template for creating financial statements and projections such as start-up costs, cash flow, and sales forecasts
- Learn about tools and resources to find and read existing business plans for similar businesses
- Become acquainted with free online resources for research and business plan writing tips and tools
Attendees will receive course materials including business plan templates and outlines, an SBA Resource magazine with tools and financing information, an Excel Financial Model template, and a copy of the course materials with websites and additional information discussed during the workshop.
