Attendance fees for this fair begin at $100 for non-profit, $150 for for-profit for employers: Includes up to 2 recruiters, a six-foot table, two chairs, parking, and lunch. Additional recruiters, electricity, and registration after January 13 (late fee is $25) carry additional fees.

Washburn Career Fairs typically draw about 500 attendees. The general public is invited to attend in addition to Washburn students, staff, and faculty. We encourage freshmen and sophomores to use Fairs as career research events, so be prepared to help them understand what opportunities exist in your organization, what majors you target and why, and what they can do to prepare for a career in your organization. Juniors and seniors are more numerous and more likely to be seeking internship and career opportunities.

Washburn students are encouraged to dress professionally. We do not screen attendees at the door. Attendees are encouraged to bring resumes. WU Career Services staff members do not see all resumes of all students at Washburn.

Employers are encouraged to bring giveaways and manage their distribution as you see fit.
