Register to attend the Career Fair via BodJobs
Log into your BodJobs account and select the Career & Graduate School Fair from the list of Career Events. Click on Register or Register Now. Popup blockers must be disabled to use BodJobs.

First-time BodJobs users should search for your organization in BodJobs first. If your organization is there, select it from the list that appears as your search. Next, create a contact profile with your information. Then select the Career & Graduate School Career Fair from the list of Career Events to register.

Attendance fees for this fair begin at $125 for for-profit employers and $75 for non-profits. Fee includes up to 2 recruiters, a six-foot table (tablecloth by request), two chairs, parking, and lunch. Additional recruiters and electricity carry additional fees. Registration after August 12 incurs late fee of $25.

Washburn Career Fairs typically draw around 500 attendees. The general public is invited to attend in addition to Washburn students, staff, and faculty. We encourage freshmen and sophomores to use fairs as career research events, so be prepared to help them understand what opportunities exist in your organization, what majors you target and why, and what they can do to prepare for a career in your organization. Juniors and seniors are more numerous and more likely to be seeking internship and career opportunities.

Washburn students are encouraged to dress professionally. We do not screen attendees at the door. Attendees are encouraged to bring resumes. WU Career Services staff members do not see all resumes of all students at Washburn.

Employers are encouraged to bring giveaways and manage their distribution as you see fit.
