All Students Matter!

FRATERNITY/SORORITY HOUSING CAPACITIES

There are eight fraternity and sorority chapter houses at Washburn University. While these organizations are recognized student organizations at Washburn, each chapter house is a private residence and students should fully explore lease terms and living arrangements before signing a contract.

Chapter house capacities are:

Sororities (In Alphabetical Order):
    • Alpha Kappa Alpha (AKA) - No House
    • Alpha Phi (AF) - 35 beds
    • Delta Gamma (DG) - 30 beds
    • Kappa Alpha Theta (KAq) - 40 beds
    • Zeta Tau Alpha (ZTA) - 30 beds
     

    Fraternities (In Alphabetical Order):

    • Alpha Delta (AD) - 35 beds
    • Kappa Sigma (KS) - 23 beds
    • Phi Delta Theta (fDq) - 31 beds
    • Sigma Phi Epsilon (SfE) - 43 beds
