Payless ShoeSource Corporation (Corporate Human Resources Department)

Spent a summer working in the corporate office conducting on-site interviews and research, resulting in development and presentation of an in-house Human Resources/Finance course.  The purpose of this successful effort was to assist senior leadership in raising the business acumen of corporate human resources professionals in aligning human resources and finance.

Married:  James R. Crumpacker

Children:  three (all Washburn alumni)

Pets:  two Welsh Terriers and a Yorkie
