EXERCISE
A variety
of group exercise classes are offered free of charge to all
SRWC members. Class offerings are designed so you can work
at your own intensity level. Schedules are available in the
SRWC.

Class
times and offerings may be subject to change. |
- Class limit is 20 participants per class!!
(12 for spinning, 15 for Nordic Walking
and 15 for cardioball)
Reserve your spot in each class by signing up at the SRWC front
desk one hour prior to class. There are no additional fees for
group exercise classes.
- BODY SHOP
A class designed to strengthen and tone your body in a fun and energizing way. Take your body to the shop and get a tone-up!
- CORE STRENGTH
30 minutes of strengthening your abs and back using a variety of safe and effective exercises. Stretching is included. All abs welcome.
- INTERVAL EXPLOSION
Enjoy interval combinations of different exercises while combining strength training exercises to make this class explosive!
- KICK BOXING
A cardiovascular challenge complete with a sport specific warm-up, bouts of intense intervals, easy to follow combinations, and kickboxing specific strength/endurance training.
- SPIN CITY
A indoor cycling class that challenges the aerobic system as well as strengthens muscular endurance. Spin your way into a new fitness level. Class size is limited to 12.
- SPIN-N-SCULPT
You got it, it’s a combination of spin city with strength training. Vary your routine with a “get-your-heart-pumping” and your “muscles toning” class.
- YOGA
Incorporate Yoga into your day. The foci of this class are improved balance, core strength, and breathing techniques. Meditation and relaxation methods are incorporated for optimal stress relief.
