Success Institute Enrollment Process & Costs
The Ichabod Success Institute is a selective program that requires you to work with officials at your high school before you apply.

At Topeka West, visit with: Ms. Anderson
Through a partnership with the Washburn University Foundation, the 5-week summer program is absolutely FREE to those selected to participate in the Institute. Regular tuition and fees are required of participants in subsequent academic semesters. All selected Institute participants receive personal financial aid counseling to assist in their planning for the subsequent semesters and are guaranteed an on-campus job.
Eligibility to participate in the Ichabod Success Institute requires the following:
- Apply and gain acceptance to Washburn University.
- Complete both the 2019-20 FAFSA and the 2020-21 FAFSA.
- For priority consideration, all application materials, including acceptance to Washburn University, need to be completed and submitted by March 2, 2020.
