Location: Main Level The Mulvane Art Museum announces an exhibition of photographic works titled Gradient | 4 Photographers.  In 1977 Susan Sontag wrote, "photographs alter and enlarge our notions of what is worth looking at and what we have a right to observe."  The artists presented in this exhibition bear witness to time's 'relentless melt' and the ways in which the photograph can enlarge our world.  This exhibition of works by Greg Booker, Michael Dickey, Steven Spencer, and Gwen Walstrand explore the cultural and social landscape, contributing to the dialogue that is shaped by the visual code of the photograph. The Mulvane will host an opening reception November 1st from 5:00 to 7:00. The image to the left: Steven Spencer, untitled, photography, detail.
