Director of Career Services at Washburn University since 2006. Previously served as Assistant Director of University Career Center at The University of Kansas, 2000-2006 and as Graduate Career Advisor at KU, 1991-1995.

Previous experience includes 13 years as a school music teacher and band director in the public schools of Arkansas and Kansas and serving as a music adjudicator for regional and state festivals in Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, and Utah.
