Biography
 

Joseph Judd Pennell came to Junction city in the 1880s where he began taking wedding photos across the state. While he was in Junction City, he captured the towns developement on film. His pictures have been featured on television and in books. His photograph, "Horseshoe Saloon" can be seen in the opening credits of the NBC televsion series, "Cheers". It is the photo that appears thirty-six seconds into the clip. *
