Facility Reservations

Groups interested in reserving space in the SRWC may submit a facility reservation form available at the SRWC front desk or the link below.

Groups must be affiliated with Washburn to reserve areas within the SRWC
Campus organization's status will be verified with the Student Activities & Greek Life Office
Reservation confirmations will be sent via e-mail
All groups reserving space within the SRWC are expected to leave the facility in the condition it was in when they arrived
