Over the next several months, our Strategic Planning Task Force will work with Dr. Paul Friga, one of the foremost higher education thought leaders and strategists, and his team to gather feedback from our campus community and draft a plan, which will be presented to our Board at its December meeting. Strategic Plans from Forward 150 to Academic Bridge 2022-2023
The latest Washburn University Strategic Plan was approved by the Washburn Board of Regents in December 2018. The Plan represents the hard work and commitment of numerous people across campus and the Topeka community and builds upon the success of the Washburn 150 Forward plan.
The latest Plan is coming to a close and information gathering to inform the next strategic Plan will occur during the 2022-2023 academic year. In Fall 2022 campus stakeholders collaborated in development of an Academic Bridge Strategic Plan intended to support academic areas during the presidential transition, and development of the next campus wide strategic plan.
