Minor in History
History can be a nice complement to other majors. History offers you a context to today’s geo and political world, as well as helps you develop critical thinking skills.
You can minor in history by applying to the department. The department will assign you an advisor who will help develop a plan that meets departmental requirements. A minor requires at least 15 credit hours with a balance between introductory survey courses and upper level work. Minors may be multicultural, concentrate in one of the principal historical traditions or follow subject matter themes.
