  • Read and obey software licenses.
  • Include your contact information on every Web page and class presentation you create.
  • Assume that anything you can find on the Internet your instructor can find as well.

DON'T

  • Do not copy computer software from school computers.
  • Do not use a Web site’s HTML code without permission.
  • Do not use copyrighted graphics, photographs, etc. on a Web site without proper permission.
  • Do not download music files (compositions) from the Web.
  • Do not load computer software on more than one computer, unless appropriate licensing is obtained.
  • Do not use your campus computer account for illegal copyright activities.
  • Do not post IDs and passwords to Web news archives so others do not have to pay.
