SSS Early Start Academy is a 6-day residential program that will connect participants to Washburn and the larger Topeka community. Please apply to the TRIO SSS Program in order to be eligible for the SSS Early Start Academy.

When:
Saturday, August 8th - Friday, August 14th, 2026

Eligible Students:
TRIO SSS participants

Registration Deadline:
June 22, 2026

  • Move into residence halls earlier than other first-year students
  • Attend college skills workshops including English and math review
  • Experience residential college life with a cohort of incoming freshmen
