Gordon Walter is Managing Director of GENESYS Management Company, LLC, where he delivers human resource consulting and expert witness expertise. In addition, he directs Integrated Employment services where he works as a retained search consultant; and at ReliableResumes.com working as a senior executive resume writer.
Mr. Walter holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) certifications through the Society for Human Resource Management. His human resources experience of more than 30 years includes assignments in corporate, manufacturing and distribution for Nestle USA, and the Hill’s Pet Nutrition subsidiary of Colgate Palmolive.
Mr. Walter also serves as an Adjunct Professor in the School of Business at Washburn University in Kansas, and has previously worked as adjunct professor at Purdue University and at Ivy Tech State College, both in Indiana.
He is an advocate for sharing business skills and has presented a number of professional workshops offered through businesses and universities throughout the Midwest, USA. Besides human resources, he has hands-on experience with a variety of topics, including: organizational development, supply chain organization, leadership, management of change, knowledge management and other venues for those charged with the responsibility of accomplishing results through others.
