Facility Reservations
Groups interested in reserving space in the SRWC may submit a facility reservation form available at below or at the SRWC front desk.
- Groups must be affiliated with Washburn to reserve areas within the SRWC
- Campus organization's status will be verified with the Student Involvement and Development Office
- Reservation confirmations will be sent via email
- All groups reserving space within the SRWC are expected to leave the facility in the condition it was in when they arrived
