Residents living on-campus during the unassigned periods below may continue to live on-campus by completing the appropriate form(s). During unassigned periods students are charged a daily rate for each night they stay in student housing. Charges are placed on students accounts through WU-View and NO refunds will be issued after the first day during the selected unassigned period.

Residents interested in moving IN before their housing contract begins (Aug. 17) must fill out the Early Move-In form below.*

Residents interested in staying in their room during Thanksgiving Break (Nov. 21-26), Winter Break (Dec. 15 - Jan. 11), and Spring Break (Mar. 16-25) must submit the appropriate form(s) below.*

Residents interested in moving OUT after their housing contract ends (May 11) must fill out an Extended Stay form below.*
* The information on this page is for the 2017-2018 Academic Year. Residents are still required to attend any mandatory hall meetings and abide by our check-in/check-out policies and procedures. Please understand our office will do our best to accommodate your request. However, based on current availability and maintenance scheduling we may ask you to move to a different room/building. Residents completing Early Move-In and Extended Stay forms may be asked to complete a Summer Housing Application if the Residential Living office deems it necessary based on the dates requested.
