The Employee Wellness Program offers a number of incentivized challenges designed to assist participants in living a healthy lifestyle. 

Resolution Solution

Resolution Solution is a six-week challenge that assists participants in maintaining or beginning healthy lifestyle choices. Each week there are eight goals given, spanning the 8 dimensions of wellness, and the objective is to complete as many as possible each week by the end of the challenge. (February and March)

Movement for Improvement

Movement for Improvement is a six-week activity-based challenge that allows participants to decide their own level of activity and involvement. There are three activity levels to aim for and participants simply submit weekly exercise minutes, leading to grand totals at the end of the challenge. (Summer)

Plant Power

Plants Power is a six-week nutrition challenge that encourages participants to consume at least 5 servings of vegetables and fruits each day. Increasing vegetable and fruit intake is one of the simplest, but most effective choices we can make for improving our overall health. (August and September)


Walktoberfest is a six-week walking challenge designed to educate participants in the benefits of adding a daily routine of moderately-paced walking to their activity choices. (October and November)

Hold the Stuffing

Hold the Stuffing is a six-week holiday weight maintenance incentive challenge that traditionally spans the Thanksgiving and Winter break holidays. Participants weigh-in three times: once before Thanksgiving, once between Thanksgiving and New Year’s Day, and once after the New Year. The goal is to gain no more than two pounds over the holiday season. (November and December)
