Academic Leadership

The Washburn University Faculty Senate serves as the official representative body for faculty, playing a key role in shaping university policy and academic standards. Through collaborative governance, the Senate fosters dialogue, advocates for faculty interests, and works to enhance the quality of education across the institution. Faculty members are encouraged to participate, stay informed, and help advance the mission of Washburn University through engaged, shared leadership.
