The ITS Technology Support Center (TSC) provides a variety of assistance options for Washburn students, faculty, and staff. You can call us, send an e-mail, or stop by our help desk during open hours in Bennett, Room 104.

Regular Hours:

Monday through Friday - 7:30am to 5:00pm
After hours support via email and voicemail are returned in urgent cases. Non-urgent cases will be followed up the next business day.

ITS Regularly Scheduled System Maintenance is Thursdays 12:01am - 1:00am and Sundays 3:00am-10:00am.
