The goal of the wellness program is to assist individuals in establishing lifestyle patterns that will enhance their well-being throughout their lives. The wellness program is designed to provide opportunities that emphasize the eight dimensions of wellness: emotional, intellectual, physical, social, occupational, environmental, financial, and spiritual wellness. With your personal commitment, the services we provide will assist you in achieving your fitness goals and improving the quality of your life.
Wellness meditation
Join us for a Washburn wellness meditation every Thursday at 1 p.m. over Zoom. FREE to anyone who wants to participate.
Take a walk around campus
Walking guides include routes from .5 mile to 2 miles in length on the main Washburn campus and routes from about .4 mile to .8 miles in length on the Washburn Tech campus.
